Acceptable Use Policy

Customers must use DCT connectivity and ICT services lawfully, responsibly and in a way that does not harm DCT systems, other customers or third parties.

Prohibited activity

• Unauthorised access, intrusion, scanning or interference with systems or networks.
• Distribution of malware, credential theft, phishing or other malicious content.
• Use that materially disrupts network integrity, security or service availability.
• Use that violates applicable law, court orders or regulatory requirements.
• Misrepresentation, spam or abuse of services and resources.

Network protection

DCT may take proportionate technical steps to protect network security and service integrity, subject to customer agreements and applicable requirements.
